Our History

We have been baking gourmet desserts in New York for over 15 years.  Our clients are gourmet restaurants, corporate dining rooms, gourmet stores and hotels. Our desserts have been served at the United Nations, the the finest hotels and local gourmet shops. We look forward to adding you to our growing list of customers.

 

Our Products

We have always, and continue to, use all natural ingredients. We have been trans fat free since 2006 and we bake with butter, cream, eggs, milk, chocolate and other all natural ingredients. We strive for freshness in our products. Please do realize that our mousses and some other cakes do need to be frozen to “set” in their molds.
